My husband and I and two daughters had a wonderful stay in Herston. The house itself is amazing – carefully designed with incredibly ingenious features to make it compact yet spacious. It is a really interesting and informative place to stay. […] kitchen layout was excellent. We found the house cool even in hot weather because of the excellent design. The house feels cosy and welcoming – very much a home. There is a beautiful back deck looking out onto a lovely garden – our first morning there was a kookaburra on the side fence. Although the house is very close to the city, there is absolutely no traffic noise and there are beautiful trees all around, so it feels relaxing.
