Analysis of the Coastal 50 trail run shows that from 35km+ it will be heinous. There are aid stations here. Likely walking most of the last 15km.
The first hill will be ok (fresh), while the hill before 25km aid station is long and moderately steep.

Comparison
We run the pinnacles loop. Compare the steepness of that. Hopefully colours are absolute between gpxes!
The really steep bits on pinnacle (i.e. slow, starting front pointing) are visible as 3 hills below. In the Coastal50 it’s less steep with the important exception of Beast Hill at 40km.
