  • 2 week ferment

  • Pre made wort: 1/2 whiskey wort, 1/2 smoked porter
  • Belgium yeast
  • Primary ferment 4 days
  • Added Champagne yeast and dry malt (1kg dark)
  • Dextrose: 70g
  • 2 week total ferment
